Jason’s journey started on the sales and rental side of construction equipment, where he quickly realized a strong knack for business development—specifically helping construction companies scale their revenue and operations. That strength led to deeper roles in the industry, including estimating and project management in traffic signal systems with Traffic Tech Solutions, under the guidance of Melissa Burnett.
Brad brings over 20 years of hands-on construction experience, with the last decade focused on apartment construction and general contracting. Together, our combined background bridges both business development and boots-on-the-ground execution.
From there, we launched Albatross Construction—a company rooted in field experience, business acumen, and a drive to deliver results.
